Parts Work, or Internal Family Systems (IFS), is a compassionate approach that sees our mind as naturally composed of various 'parts,' each with unique feelings and roles. These parts always work with good intentions, even if their actions sometimes create challenges in our lives. Through this gentle work, you learn to connect with your inner system, fostering harmony and cultivating your inherent Self-leadership.

Cancellation Policy
Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Should you need to discontinue before beginning any sessions, please reach out to discuss options.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notification will also be charged the full session fee. Understandably life happens; please try to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance through TidyCal to avoid all of this.
All session packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and are non-refundable.
